Studio Upstairs is a charity run in Bristol and London. My support worker organised the sessions for me. I go from 10am to 3pm every Tuesday. Hillary, Alex, Sharon and Rob run the the sessions. Everyone there is really encouraging and there is a brilliant atmosphere.
